We all know what time of the year it is, Glastonbury weekend. If you have gone for the weekend, you've probably already gone. But this festival inspired look can prepare you for the festivals to come. I've heard the grounds are pretty boggy already but it's meant to be record breaking heat this weekend so hopefully it dries it up and won't be like another Drownload.
This look incorporates a cute top and dress if it gets super warm but also sturdy water proof boots that would be perfect sludging through the mud. I've added some simple monochrome socks from Adidas to keep your feet warm but also will look great poking out the top of your boots.
The top from Topshop comes in a few different colours, I was going to go for a Kwaki green but I thought this would definitely clash with the Kwaki green rain mac from Rains. The coat is water repellent so great for a festival and easily rolled up and thrown into a rucksack if the sun comes out. I've gone for a denim dress because even if you get stains and mess on denim, you can't really tell or it just looks "distressed" so denim is pretty perfect for festivals.
I've accessorised with the most amazing ring from Regal Rose, I brought it my friend for her birthday and it looks even better in real life. A super cute necklace from Aura LDN who sell the best dupes of Dylanex necklaces for those who can't afford the real deal. And you can't forget a trusty pair of black Ray Bans, I've had mine for a good 4 years now they still look great on and will always be a classic. I actually haven't managed to break them yet *touch wood* which is a surprise for me.
