TOP 10 FESTIVAL COATS
We all know it's pretty likely you are going to have to pack a coat when it comes to going to a UK festival. Think your layering up as much as your main outfit, it all might be hidden if the heavens open. Here's my top 10 coats for the festival season.
1. Supreme X North Face "By any means necessary" waterproof jacket.
A like most Supreme items sadly these are sold out now. But if you are in love as much as I am you can grab one on Depop if you have a few hundred to spare because the collab is with North Face you can guarantee it being waterproof. This jacket will go better with some trainers rather than western ankle boots.
If you love mermaids and unicorns this mac is for you. Super light weight to throw in a back pack incase of showers.
Super sleek mesh parka from Beyonce's new range at Topshop, Ivy Park. The coat has an adjustable waist to compliment your figure however I'm unsure if this coat is waterproof.
This one definitely won't keep you dry if you wear it to a UK festival however you'll look super cool.
My classic Barbour is always a good go to if I need to throw on a Jacket. Barbour Jackets will last you a lifetime so go for a classic simple colourway and style that will never lose it's charm. Just don't put them in the wash they'll lose all their waxy coloured beauty.
I love the leaf green shade of this Carhartt pullover jacket. The jacket is lightweight so easy to keep in your bag and is designed to protect you from the elements with it's water repellent nylon-blend Taffeta.
I couldn't see any info on the coat being water proof however if you are more going for looking stylish with layers this coat is the one for you. The coat isn't cheap but camo prints created especially by brands such as BAPE and Carhartt don't go out of season.
This coach jacket from Rip n Dip has the most insane graphic on the back as well as the incredible cosmic lining. The graphics by the brand are so simple yet hilariously funny and attractive. Click on the picture to see more images of the jacket.
This is definitely more for the festival flare. This jacket won't keep you dry in a downpour but it will make you look fabulous if the sun is bouncing off those sequins.
This parka is stone washed to give it that older distressed look. The jacket is heavy weight cotton designed to keep you warm. I love how ironic the back graphic is.
